Patient Panel

We are always seeking Patients to join our Patient Panel, which helps us to ensure that we get useful feedback on the service we provide and allows patients to actively participate in the development of future services we provide for patients.

The Patient Panel is an opportunity for patients to meet with us and make a difference by:

- Sharing views and experiences of services at Waterside Park Medical Centre
- Helping us to plan improvements and new services
- Making sure that our services meet the needs of our patients

If you are a patient at the surgery and are interested and would like to be considered for the Patient Panel, then please complete the online form below which will be submitted to the Practice Manager:
